v2.0
an online modeling freeware for predictive microbiology
Microrisk Lab is an online freeware built by R language. This tool covers comprehensive models in predictive microbiology and aims to simplify the process of microbial kinectic analysis or simulation.
In the ‘Estimation’ module, it provides the fitting function for isothermal primary models, secondary models, competition models and non-isothermal models. In the ‘Smulation’ module, it provides the deterministic or stochastic simulation for isothermal models and non-isothermal models
In version 2.0, we have further simplified the modeling process. Users can now use the 'Optimization' button to optimize the model, thereby avoiding most cases where the model cannot be fitted. At the same time, we have simplified the code, fixed known bugs, and improved computational efficiency.
It should be noted that this application is still in the development stage, and more functions will be added in the future. If you have any suggestion or feedback, please contact the developer. Your comments are highly appreciated.
